After did several experimental tests according to the researches, I finally found the proper solution and solved the problems. However, proative is the biggest lesson that most students learned after internship. Actively with people, actively explore the work at the place of practice, actively propose and work with everyone … all help students integrate faster in the new working environment. Secondly, I can apply my soft skills that I learned at school to apply into the fact such as: How to handing proprolem with customer or helping customer to solve problem,etc. Thirdly, I apply my Microsoft Word, excel and powerpoint during my intership process to type docyment and write report. I also apply photo copy document to support other people in the agency. Furthermore, I have a chance to practice the knowledge I got through textbooks, lectures and notes. I realize that the knowledge I have learnt in my university is fairly correlated with what I have done during internship. IV. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS LEARNED FROM THE INTERSHIP My internship at KCTC Vietnam was a great experience that allowed me to better understand the professional workplace and expectations that come with it. During the time internship at KCTC Vietnam, I learned many useful lessons for myself. The knowledge I learned and experiences I had are highly beneficial for me as I graduate from School. KCTC Vietnam and its employees were very supportive and friendly during my internship. The internship program is great for students to get experience in the workplace. The internship is not only beneficial for the knowledge that you obtain but also the networking aspect of meeting real professions in the workplace. First of all, I found myself as an attentive and careful person so I took too much time to resolve some problems which is the reason why I could not finish my work on time. Besides, being undecisive is one of my bad points either. This happened due to the perfectionism. I often delayed my reports on working progress because I want to make sure that everything I had done is totally correct. Secondly, I quite passive and nevous because I have never worked as this work. Futhermore, I realize that I quite difficult to adapt in some situation, for example: I feel stress when client complaint about services, it is hard to make them completely pleasure. The other weakness that I have is my insufficient initiative of doing the job. Usually I wait for the tasks to be assigned by my supervisor rather than actively asking for jobs to do. Initially I performed like this because I did not want to bother my supervisors and disturb their work when they were busy. Long time past, it became my working style. Although I acted voluntarily in most matters, it is not an adequate good working attitude for a professional.
