Solution 1: Sign Out Everywhere

Step 1: Log in to Spotify.com.

Step 2: On the Account Overview page, scroll down and click Sign Out Everywhere button. This will force sign out your Spotify account from all instance of Spotify on all devices that you have signed in before.

Step 3: Open Spotify app on your smartphone or computer and sign in again.

Solution 2: Switch off High Quality Streaming or use High [Ogg Vorbis 160kbit/s] Music Quality Settings

For Desktop

Step 1: Click the arrow in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Step 2: Under Music Quality, switch High quality streaming [Premium only] to off.

For Android, iPhone and iPad

Step 1: Tap Home or Your Library > Settings > Music Quality.

Step 2: Select Other options except Very high.

Solution 3: Disable Battery Saver Mode for Spotify App

Step 1: Go to Settings > Battery.

Step 2: Tap the menu button and select Battery optimization.

Step 3: Open dropdown menu at the top and select All apps.

Step 4: Select Spotify app and choose Dont Optimize.

Note: for other third party battery saver app or memory cleaner app, add an exclusion for spotify app.

Solution 4: Revoke Access to Sonos

Step 1: Login to Spotify.

Step 2: Go to Account > Apps.

Step 3: Click Revoke Access next to Sonos.
