Read the passage and fill in each blank with the appropriate word in the passage. Alexander Graham Bell, a well-known Scottish scientist, inventor, engineer, and innovator was bom on March 3, 1847. He was the second born son of Alexander Melville Bell, a teacher of elocution, and Eliza Grace Symonds, a hearing-impaired pianist. Bell’s father, grandfather, and brother had all been associated with work on elocution and both his mother and wife were deaf, profoundly influencing Bell’s life’s work.
