To be eligible for a teaching position at VUS, applicants must have• BA in TESOL; OR• BA in English with a teaching certificate [CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, TKT…]• Weekday evening and weekend availability

Who we are looking for:
- We are looking for a part-time English Teacher and Coach to help our team with improving their English communication skills, preparing for client meetings, improving their confidence in communication, improving how they present topics and explain problems, and dry-run presentations with them before they meet with their client.
Key Role Responsibilities:- English Tutoring: Helping the team members improve their English, with a focus on listening and speaking. You will be responsible for setting up the content for the members and assigning them homework to improve their English skills and practice at home.- Dry-run Coaching: 1on1 sessions with team members to help them practice their client presentations as dry-runs, giving them feedback on their English, their presentation, and how to effectively run-through their presentation. You do not need to have a technical understanding of what specifically they are presenting, you will only be responsible for helping them with how they present the content and the English they use.- Presentation Tips: Helping the members with tips on how to better present, speak confidently, and clearly express their ideas.Job Schedule:- We are looking for a teacher who can commit to 20 hours per week. We are flexible on when you would like to be in the office though would suggest the times be either Monday / Tuesday / Thursday.- Staff members will book 30-minute sessions with you during your office-hours to have 1on1 english lessons, coaching and presentation practice with you.- Sessions should be in-office, unless due to any health reasons we are all in work-from-home, at which point the sessions can be online.
