This article lists which configurations the Windows Desktop client currently supports. Running unsupported OS versions on the client can negatively impact user experience, so it's important to use compatible configurations.
Client requirements
In order to run properly, your Windows Desktop client must meet the following requirements:
Client version must be at or above the minimum supported version. For more information, see What's new in the Windows Desktop client.
Client devices must have .NET Framework 4.6.1 or above. For more information, Lifecycle FAQ - .NET Framework.
Supported OS versions
The tables in this section list which versions of each Windows operating system [OS] is compatible with the Windows Desktop client.
