drop off or pick up có nghĩa là gì?
Drop off:
Person 1 is taking person 2 somewhere. Person 2 goes to the place, and Person 1 doesn't go with them, and just drives away.
Pick up:
Person 1 drives back to the place when person 2 is done there, and person 2 gets in and they leave.
"I'm going to drop off my daughter at school."
"I'm going to pick up my daughter from school."
for ex: in an airport setting, you pick up and drop off someone.
your friend arrives at the airport so you pick her up there.
your friend is going back to her home country so you will drop her off in the airport to say goodbye.
