Adjectives: comfortable, noisy, convenient, boring.
The neighborhood where I live is so noisy. [ There are many new houses are under construction and I can't sleep well at weekends.]
But, it is very convenient because it's near the market and stores. [ I can buy anything easily and fast.]
Athough it's boring [ People go to work all day and seldom we see each other to talk], I still love my room because it's very comfortable and cozy.
